We invented modern pest control to protect public and private sectors from rodents, cockroaches, flies, termites, ants, bed bugs, spiders and more.
It all started with Dr. Harold Maxwell-Lefroy, a talented scientist.
He was approached by the government of united kingdom to save Westminster Hall from beetle infestation. Dr. Maxwell-Lefroy formulated the first chemical fluid to eliminate wood boring insects and saved britain's heritage.
He then marketed the product by partnering with Bessie Eades.
Now, it has grown to a billion dollar company and our vision is to become most loved and respected services business by fulfilling our mission of "Protecting People, Enhancing Lives, Preserving Our Planet"
We are thrilled to be celebrating 100 years of Rentokil. From our beginnings in 1925, we have grown to become a global leader in pest control, protecting people from the threats of pests. I hope the men and women who founded Rentokil and invented modern pest control would recognise their legacy. They would certainly see themselves reflected in our brilliant, hard-working people and our dedication to innovation.
